I’m a native of San Francisco looking use my experience, training, and natural abilities to better the City and the world in any way I can. I’m adept at public and media relations, strategic communications, and policy analysis. I’ve written press releases, official correspondence, strategy memoranda, web content, and of course legal articles, from City Hall to Capitol Hill and back.
At the University of Oregon, I majored in international studies and minored in political science, because when you grow up in the Bay Area, the wider world brings you something new to appreciate every day, and it’s impossible not to want to learn more.
I’m also a lawyer, with a Juris Doctor from American University’s Washington College of Law. But the corporate law firm world wasn’t for me, so rather than keep running on the billable hours hamster wheel, I decided I’d rather work with the people that are breaking new ground in the areas I’m most passionate about – livable cities, technological innovation, the power of human imagination, and the majesty of the natural world.
